GENERAL QUESTIONS

How do I get a quote?
To obtain a quote on materials or prefinishing you can request a quote here, email tony@winevalleysiding.com for materials, dave@winevalleysiding.com for prefinishing, or call us at 1-800-488-2724.

How do I choose my stain/paint color?
Browse our prefinishing section to find links to most of our coating suppliers color samples, then email dave@winevalleysiding.com, or call us at 1-800-488-2724 and we'll mail you an actual brushed out sample similar to what our machines will produce.

Does Wine Valley Siding Supply Inc. sell direct to homeowners?
Yes. We also sell to custom builders, spec home builders, remodelers, distributors and siding contractors.

How can I make payment?
A deposit is required on all custom milled siding and precoating, we accept all major credit and debit cards. For repeat business we can set up an account with our payment terms.

How is the material shipped?
All deliveries within Washington state are shipped with our crane trucks, all other shipments are arranged with one of our national freight carriers or you may pick up your order at our lumber yard.

PREFINISHING

How long will it take to precoat my siding?
Your order will typically be ready to ship in 1-2 weeks.

What if I need additional coating for touch up or other items?
We always ship a quart of touch up on every order, if you need more just let us know and we'll pour it from the same batch as your siding package to ensure an exact color match.

Can I have more than one color?
Yes. It is very common to have two colors on every order, generally the main or body color for the siding and an accent color for the trims. There is no extra charge for multiple colors.

Is there a warranty on the coating?
Yes. Coating warranties are available on most products, but these warranties vary by type of coating, number of coats and manufacturer. For warranty details email dave@winevalleysiding.com, or call us at 1-800-488-2724.

CUSTOM PATTERNS

How long will it take to mill my siding?
Once the grade and pattern has been selected, it will be ready for prefinishing or shipment in 2-3 weeks.

What if I need additional material?
We always keep a small sample piece from every order so we can match the exact size and pattern from the original run.

What if I need specific lengths?

What types of coating and colors are available?
Cabot oil base stains are generally used, with a choice of clear, semi transparent and semi solid colors.

How do I choose a color?
First visit the Cabot website to view all the semi and semi solid colors available, pick 2 or 3 colors, then Email dave@winevalleysiding.com, or call us at 1-800-488-2724 and we'll mail you an actual brushed out sample just like our machines will produce.

How are they packaged for shipment?
The shingles are repackaged back into their original box from the shingle mill.
